Celebrating Midsummer in Finland/Norway/Sweden one day is very high on my to-do-list, one of my uncles was in Sweden (I think) for the festivities once, he said it was a blast

Yeah, it sucks. I mean, I can drive right now, but legally I can't drive by myself until May. Right now I have my permit, which means I can drive as long as a family member with a license is with me. Which is good, because I wouldn't go without my mom yet anyways.

I hate heat. I always say cold is better cos you can always wear more clothes but there's only so much you can take off.

Oh, well then it's gonna take some time. But good for you! In Finland you can get a licence after you turn 18.

Yep! I'm sure it'll be blast, there's no other band I'd rather see live. They're awesome.

Yeah, at least I'm closer to the end than to the beginning. Actually I don't have that many exams left, only a few but it's my thesis that's giving me a hard time.

I don't know what it's like in Norway and it's a bit different in Sweden, but at least in Finland it's really fun. The sun shines 24/7 and everything's just lovely.

Don't be jealous, we'll finally get them here. My sister and I got their latest album for Christmas and we both absolutely loved it so we made a deal that if they ever come to Finland, we'll go to see them. But we would have never expected them to come so soon. We heard about it a few months ago and immediately got ourselves tickets.

The guy's called Ari Koivunen and he's the winner of the Finnish Idols 2007. But he's not your regular Idol winner, he actually performed heavy metal and hard rock throughout the competition and his debut album that was released last week is also melodic heavy metal. Good stuff and his voice is incredible.

Yay, it won't be that long then.

Hey guys!

I've been so busy at work pulling in 12 hour shifts. Hey, I need the money...and you gotta do what you gotta do. But, I can enjoy this weekend. Thank God! And I plan on relaxing and swimming, and drinking (heavily).

I am almost caught up with Big Love. I've been watching all of S1 on HBO OnDemand, and I'm excited for this season. It's a fun show. Margene has to be my favorite character, without a doubt. The only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the religious topic being brought up with the prophets and such. I feel like it kind of takes away from my enjoyment of the show, since I'm not very religious. Other than that, it's love.

Life's been kind of "blah" - nothing really exciting has happened.
