I think you'll for sure like the other books in the twilight series...ive read the first couple a few times but i also really liked the later ones... at the moment my fave has to be the second one 'new moon,'. ha ha i've kept all of my movie tickets for it.

I am SOOO worried and excited and nervous and one thousand other things that I shouldn't be yet and thats because....
I've decided to go back to school!!!!
I left two years ago but since leaving my last job a few months ago I just feel like my life's kind of on pause and I'm going nowhere. I've been lacking direction. So, out of the blue, this morning in the shower actually I decided that i'd consider going back to do my HSC. I researched schools this afternoon and found what sounds like a really good one...it's a school just for seniors, so I won't be the only new person hopefully because the school year hasn't started yet.

I just sent them an email!!!! I feel good about it though, despite all of these early fears. This will be good. This is what I need... hopefully. but i'll never know if I don't try, right?

Awww, Amy, that's so great you've decided to go back to school. So...are you a senior in high school? I'm in exactly the same mindset as you...I feel so lost right now - I have no idea just who I am, let alone, just who I wanna be, career-wise. Being in classes has helped some....but not as much as I thought it would. But here's hoping it just continues to get better. It's definitely worth it to try. I hope it all turns out well for you!

believe it or not, you're post has really helped me. It's good to know that we're in such similar situations. I think it really helps to discuss this kind of thing with someone who knows how you feel. I mean, people always say that they know how you feel but it's good when they actually do. Hmmm...something's wonky with the bookstore or the shipment...or maybe the workers just have no idea what they're doing....like the managers at my college bookstore. When I went in to get my books the other day, man, they were so dumb! I'm not trying to be mean either....but the woman handed me an English book when I was asking/looking for a Math one...and then goes "Oh, silly me, this isn't even the right subject..."

Awww, well, I'm glad I could help in some way. ITA with you about being able to talk to someone who's actually been there or is currently going through the same thing as you are - the similar emotions really help you feel like someone out there actually gets it, you know? I'll let you know of any exciting developments on my end too, how's that? See, I need a job even...I just...I feel I can't actually do anything, and I'm someone, who when I don't think I'll give a stellar job, I don't even like to try. I know that's not exactly admirable...but that's how I am. I have very low self-esteem and my insecurites have held me back from a lot of things - which I hate. I know it's nothing but excuses, but oh well. That's neat how you guys have the option to stay or leave at the end of 10th grade. I know there's a lot who choose to drop out here as well...usually in their junior years. As far as any inkling to what I might like to do........writing is the only thing I've ever felt like I could actually do, I've always had a passion for it. But I could never pursue it as a career because there's just no way I could put myself out there, my words for all the world (or whomever) to read...judge, etc. I mean, I can barely even muster up the courage to have my closest friends read my work....that's how insecure I am.

It's just as cold again tonight! It's insane! My fingers and toes are about to fall off. It hasn't been this cold here for awhile! I don't like it at all! I think it's too cold to snow even....we had a few flurries the other day, but since it's dropped to being this cold, just really, really cold weather and the windchill makes it seem even colder.

Coldplay own all for me though, they really do.

If I ever did, we'd have to par-tay! I really wanna travel more too, I love it. There's so many places I want to go. I don't think I'd want to get on a plane these days...when I was younger, it scared me, and I was just a kid, lol. But...I don't know, maybe I would. Where would you like to visit? My favorite place in the entire world is Ireland, Dublin, to be exact. I did love Australia too - loved the Opera House and the Great Barrier Reef - from what I can remember.
