Last night was fun. I went out after work to this mexican restauant to meet up with friends. I ended up getting to the restaurant early and waited almost 45 minutes by myself. The waitress took pity on me...she asked a few times if I wanted to order, I buckled down and got a drink. It was called a "Shrek on the Beach" - I kid you not.

Anyway, there I am drinking my Shrek when I see my friends haven't arrived yet. So, she comes back...and offers me a plate of complimentary hummus. I ofcourse accept and enjoy the hummus. One drink turns into two drinks later...and 3 plates of complimentary hummus when my friends finally arrive.

The waitress was really nice. Her name was Tina. We gave her a nice tip. She was happy.

Went to see the movie. The crazy woman at the Movie Theater made us move while we were in line...and I lost my comfortable spot against the wall...but, it was okay because later people let us cut them, because they were after us in line, but we all got moved. Long story...short of it all, we got our seats and watched the movie.

So, the movie was just okay, but it was fun. Tobey was amusing when he became all dark/twisty...very emo.

but the Tina thing.

You saw Spider Man 3? Holy crap. We want to.. but tickets went like crazy. They were selling out in advance during school yesterday. We're gonna get tickets on Fandango for next Friday.

Speaking of.. SM3 had the all time high for opening at the box office. 59 million last night.

Even beat POTC: Dead Mans Chest.

It wasn't there fault...there was rush hour traffic during prime hours...I just knew a shortcut and decided to sit down rather then walk around the mall.

Wow...SM3 is probably going to break records. I can see it now.

Ahh yes, that makes sense.

I can't drive yet, so I usually go with someone. I've never been in that situation.

Did it own up to all the hype? I think we're going to see it in IMAX.

I cant wait to see SM3, I wasnt a huge fan of the other 2 movies I liked them just not too much, but the trailer for this one has got me all excited! Though Im gonna have to wait a couple of months before I can see it!

Aww Sheida I loved SM1 and SM2. People are suprised when I say that, because that type of movie isn't my thing... but I loved them and I really want to see SM3. I hope we get to. I agree, the trailer looks great.
