| Ultimate Fan   | Thanks for the thread Miranda  I finally saw Body of Lies yesterday  We went to a 2:20 showing so I figured that the theater would probably be pretty empty but there was about 25-30 people there. I freakin' loved the rings he wore with that...watch or bracelet I forget. I wanted to see more of that. Him waking in the morning and putting them on before work right after he showers...but no, you don't get that kind of scene in this movie  And his hair change...that was a surprise! I liked that! I think it's one of those movies that I'll like better the second time around 'cause the first time you're not entirely sure where it's going so it's a little more difficult to appreciate it scene to scene. Plus I'll like it a lot more with a remote in my hand so I can fast forward such parts as the "punishment" scene. And I totally understand why the distributors were thinking of changing it to House of Lies. They mention that saying twice in the movie. And the title it's got now doesn't make as much sense except for the fact that it's what the book is called. The book I'm sure explains the title perfectly. | Ultimate Fan | While I was in the theater watching the movie you know what I thought was missing? Roger Ferris' female counterpart! I don't even know Carice Van Houten really so I'm not saying this as a fan of hers but I felt like those scenes were missing. | That sucks.. I really wish that she would have been in the movie but I hope and think she will be in the deleted scenes on the dvd because there are stills of her and Leo so then I guess we get to see the deleted scenes too.. | |||
