Awful. Seriously. What a freaking letdown.

T-Bag (who was brilliant in this episode. Season 1 brilliant btw) lives but Michael dies? Give me a *bleeping* break.

Sara and Michael walking the beach looking happy. He's talking about reading every baby book he can so he can be a hands on dad. They hug and Sara starts to say how happy she is ... when his nose starts bleeding. I almost threw my remote at the tv. I'll never forget the looks on there faces in that moment. Ever. That will haunt me whenever I think about this show.

It was good seeing some old faces. Hale's widow spitting in Congressman Kellerman's face was awesome. We missed you Kellerman.

So Mahone and Lang are now a couple.

Sucre asking to keep the pen. *squeals*

Looks like Sara is living in Panama along with Linc and Sofia. It's where Michael is buried if I followed that right. And Mahone and Sucre meet them on some anniversary. I assume Michael's death?

Looks like Michael died a month after they were freed. So he didn't even see his son born. Nice freaking touch writers.

Oh, Michael Jr. getting a fake tattoo was too cute for words. The papercrane by Linc on Michael's grave made me cry. Damn you writers!!

Maybe it was because i was spoiled, but it wasn't as bad as i imagined..

Yes, i bawled so much, but as of now.. i'm okay with it.
I hated they didn't get their happy ending, but Michael will always live on in his son and we did get some great scenes.

It was a great finale. Even though the ending was incredibly sad...

WOW I just managed to squeeze in the last episode before dinner. Gah. What an episode. I'll recount my feelings and thoughts later but honestly, a great episode. Don't get me wrong, I hate that Michael died but honestly I loved the episode for so many reasons.

I watched it yesterday, and the ending was depressing. The episodes were so good, they had lots of great moments between the characters, but minus the ending of Michael. What's the point of killing him? Why can't he and Sara, like the rest of them, live happily ever after by getting a happy ending? They could have given us that scene on the beach where Michael's nose bled, but with Michael carrying his son, so that we at least see him with his son and then his nose bleed and they leave it an open ending where you know he will die soon but without us having to actually see him dead. Ugh.

The writers are EPIC FAIL. They didn't have to screw up in the end by killing him. After everything he went through, Michael & M/S deserved a happy ending.

I also liked the finale, but definitely the end sucks!
I read the spoilers also but still the ending was very heartbreaking, all weekend I feel like my best friend died

It's crazy that a television series does that with you, I know, but thank god we have the dvd's! I'm gonna watch all the DVD's again and I imagine he doesn't die!!!
And just wait for another television series or movie with SWC in it, or with WM and that will cheer me up, because right now I don't feel like a million bucks

Prison Break series ends run with a weak finale

By RICK BENTLEY McCLATCHY
May 13, 2009, 5:46PM

It always seemed like the worst thing that could happen with a television series was for it to end without a proper finale.

There may be something worse.

The two-hour series finale of Prison Break, to air at 7 p.m. Friday, wraps up events that have unfolded during the show’s four-year run on Fox. But the ending is grossly unsatisfying.

Prison Break’s first season was masterful. It featured a complicated storyline about genius brother Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) getting himself tossed in jail to help his brother, Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell). Each week built tension. It was television at its finest.

Then, the brothers escaped and the quality began to fade until eventually the series ended up in a muddled mess of backstabbing in this fourth and final season.

While this past year has been a chore to watch because of the illogical twists and turns, the promise of a proper finale was appealing.

Fox has asked that no specific details of the two-hour finale be revealed. Fine.

It would be unfair to take away the fun that comes with each revelation.

It is safe to say that the battle between the brothers and their psychotic mother (Kathleen Quinlan) is wrapped up. More mercifully, the silly battle over the device known as Scylla comes to an end.

And the fate of all of the supporting cast is revealed. There are even a few surprises. You’ll just have to watch to find out the details.

That there is a final chapter to Prison Break is great. It is the epilogue to that ending that is so infuriating.

Television viewers are asked to invest in characters. We grow to like them.

That relationship is important for a show to keep going past a few episodes.

But this finale makes me wish I had stopped watching Prison Break after the first season.

What happens can’t be explained without giving away key plot points.

All I can say is it is a slap in the face.

It’s criminal when a series that started so strong leaves viewers with such an unappealing ending.

I actually feel the same thing. I'm reallt upset at first. I hate that Michael died. they did it. I Hate the writers.
But this end was good for me. I totally love Sara and Mj. And how Mj hugs his uncle Linc. she will never be alone.
SWC was great!!!

But....
