Okay here we go:

I loved the first Michael/Sara scene. Where they go to her first' apartment and how she tells Michael she met her in Medical School. And they look at the pictures on the wall of her family.. and Michael comments how they can have them someday... and sara smiles, and then he smiles.. and she blushes..
Its all cute and adoreable
Then she goes into the bathroom, and she is feeling sick. You can see it on her face.
It reminds me of that scene in the bathroom in S2 when she cut her hair, hah.. like how she looks in the mirror.
She looks into the cabinet and picks up a pregnancy kit... Who stocks pregnancy kits at home

Then i liked when they were working together to track down an address, i love how she'll always stick by his side.. go where he goes, no questions asked.
Then they meet up with Mahone but thinks Lincoln would come, but Lincoln didn't because he and Michael seem to be on opposite sides right now.

Michael and Sara at the airport was cool, but not getting captured.. lucky Linc was there to save the day..
The ending though.. Sara goes back into the bathroom, takes the pregnant stick from her bag where it reveals its POSITIVE.
There is a mixed bunch of emotions going through her... confusion, scared, happiness. and joy.

I had to laugh when she pulled out the pregnancy test, cos I mean every house is totally stocked with them. Yeah, right! I loved the process of her taking the test, the sickness, taking it from her pocket and then to reveal it's positive. Great ending.

Really enjoyed the episode.

Sarah totally nailed those emotional scenes when discovering she was pregnant. She also looked at Michael in a new light, showing more patience.

I was secretly hoping the sniper would be Kellerman (though we probably wouldn't see him) saving Michael and Sara at the airport.

Linc was such an ass. I'll say it again. I can't believe he believes that if he returns Sylla that they'll have their lives back. Mahone should known better at least.

I'm going to miss T-Bag. Such a vile character then he has a scene like saving the elephants.
