i loved it
Sara was amazing when she confronted Gretchen. the extention cord had me sitting on the edge of my seat for a second there. Sara got to play the doctor card again so thats always nice to see. more MiSa moments would have been nice, especially considering the two week wait but the ones we got were great.
i'm so glad she said something to Michael about his nose bleeds, i was kinda hoping she would do something though. but overall its a two thumbs up from me.

What an amazing episode. I think the best by far this season. It had a bit of everything and was worth the 1 week wait.

I didn't like Roland but what a way to go. It was sad and Micahael holding his hand at the end was a nice touch.

Mahone is going to give Wyatt exactly what he deserves. I'm glad Linc held him back because we know there is more of where that came from.

Self calling Gretchen a skank and T-bag a hick probably signed his death warrant.

The Sara/Gretchen scene was so well done. I thought it was better than any cat fight they could have drawn up. I knew Sara wouldn't whip her but her pulling that scapel (or whatever that was) on her was a surprise. Those 2 will have another confrontation before this is all over. I loved how Sara didn't stoop to her level but didn't let her off either. They definitely need more scenes together cause they both rocked that scene.

Sara in doctor mode was wonderful. Anyone catch her call him Fernando when they were carrying him up to the table? I thought that was really sweet.

And that preview for the next 4 episodes? Good to know we'll have 4 episodes in a row.

Good episode!

Loved everything and i'm glad Sara knows about Micheal's nose bleeding. I feel so bad for him it's sad to see him this way. The scene in the van was sweet that look was priceless.

Mahone, guy needed to kick Wyatt's ass more cause I know he had more in him. I feel so bad for him though this is a sad storyline.

Sara and Gretchen, that scene in the motel was great. But I would've killed her when I had the chance. What she did to Sara was awful.

Over all, This was a fantastic episode really loved it.

this was one of the best episodes in a long while! I don't know what to say but that Roland was an ass i'm glad he is dead. (and i feel like that's a horrible thing to say)

And... that Sara/h kicked ass! Seriously!

A few more things to add after watching it again.

That was a weird and sweet (I guess that's the word I'm looking for) moment between Sara and Roland. I feel like there was a message there that I'm missing. Or I could just be thinking way too much about it. Interesting that he apologized to both her and Michael but not the others.

Roland's line about having "hot fugitive sex" begs for a title thread.

I can't believe I forgot about the look that Michael gave Sara in the ambulance. How can you not love these two?

It's been a loooong time since I've felt sorry for Bellick but when he asked Sucre to call his mom should he die really hit me for some reason. PB creators have always had a way for making you feel for the bad guy even though you may hate them.

I know some people on other boards were upset by the Lincoln flashback but I thought it was great. It was said all along that he wasn't a saint before the set up and I thought it was brilliant to remind us of that.

I can't wait to get some caps from this episode.

GREAT episode. I loved it, definitely one of the best of the season.. If not THE best!
I enjoyed the talk in the beginning between Sara and Michael. I'm glad that she confronted him about the nose Bleeds, but he had to go and change the subject. I know he doesn't want her to worry, but she will and has every right to do so.

Interesting how in the beginning they did that flashback with Lincoln, but it was nice .. seeing how was like again back then..
And how it related to what they were doing in the present.

I admit, i did like the T-Bag/Grechen scenes. I dont like t-bag on his own, but his scenes with her were great. Especially about his comment about what she did to Sara..

Roland.. oh buddy.. even though he betrayed them, i couldnt help but feel bad for him in the end.. He didn't deserve to die for his misguided mistake, he was just greedy.. but when you are making a deal with the Hitman, there is a good chance.. more than likely you wont make it out alive.

Loved Seeing Dr. Sara again, working on Sucre.. its been awhile since we have seen her in that role, must bring back memories for her.. probably good and bad.
And then.. the best scene of all.. would have to go to when she went to the Motel room, to see Gretchen. I wonder what made her change her mind about going though, as she wasn't going to originally..
I admit, it was kinda hot the way Gretchen took off her shirt after giving Sara the whip.
I didn't think Sara would do it, not that she couldnt... but that she wouldnt stoop down to her level.. But i was shocked when she came at Gretchen with the scapel. And there was blood, man girl.. that was awesome.
And her comment about how they were even close to being even..

Sara was awesome !She rocked in the whole episode!I liked her as a doctor ..And the scene in the motel was great !

I can't bear Gretchen and T-bag anymore !!!!Also she has a weird voice !She talks slowly and strangely !

I must say that the last scene was heartbreaking !I was so sad for Michael !He was thinking that he's not ready to go too
