I think I need to stop watching new shows. I saw the ratings for October Road and they're not good with under 8 million viewers.
Ironically people voted for an October Road board and it looks like they'll get it next month.

Hey you guys- I just wanted to thank everybody for getting behind our show and standing by it against the scary network people (this is Keith by the way- I play Joey Ice Cream). I know you guys have been calling the comment line and writing letters and that's awesome. Trying to get through to a huge corporation like nbc can feel like you're banging your head against a wall for no reason but it does have an affect. I got an email from one of the producers and he said that people are watching the show- just not enough neilson families. He told me it has been one of the most consistently streamed series on nbc.com and has been one of the most downloaded new series on itunes. So people are watching- just not the people who matter to nbc. All the episodes will come out on the website so you guys will get to see everything (wait till the end finale- it's the Donnelly brothers at their best). But anyway, thanks for supporting us. It has been awesome to see how much you love the show and believe in it. Keith Nobbs

212-664-4444 is the number for the NBC opperator. On LJ, we've been calling the comment line and emailing NBC execs hoping that if enough people call maybe they'll change their minds, so you never know. If you call, ask for the comment line.

i feel your pain i can't watch them online either.
but you know i love how they're all leaving messages for the fans, thats very cool, i completely have a whole new level of respect for them for doing that.
and hopefully everyone calling and sending emails will help in some way or another.

I respect everyone part of TBD. They care about their fans and want them to see the ending they hoped for. Its not fair that theyre being cancelled

NBC didn't even try with this show. All they care about is their Nielson ratings. They need to start paying attention to all age groups and not just nielson families. I hate this! Is there still a chance we can save this show? It's such a shame that it didn't even get a fair chance.

On another note, Keith is awesome. I love him for posting that.
