| ^^ oh real talk? hmm.. it wasn't up on mine yesterday  but yea, most people never actually check certain genre pages - i know i don't anyway  i usually just check what's on the main page && if there's anything new there i'll check it out.. ETA: it's finally in her Top 5 songs.. that's some progress at least.. now with all these wack ass reviews.. the rest of V's fans have to get on there && give it a good review.. hopefully with the blog update about it being released on iTunes it'll get some more sales.. ugh. wish they'd pick a more radio-friendly song for the first single  __________________ " Vanessa Hudgens . . she's gorgeous, super talented&& the coolest chick you would ever want to meet. | ^I think it would be funny if radio chooses the single for Hollywood. They send "Sneakernight" for ads but once the album drops, they choose a different song on the album to play...kind of what happened with Miley's "See You Again". But I'm going to be ticked too...if Hollywood still releases "Sneakernight" to radio when they have known about the negative responses to the song (not just from the haters either) for almost a month and a half. Plus the song is the 5th track on the album. Most people release the 1st or 2nd track. And Vanessa mentioned in the RD interview that one of her favorites was Last Night...which is apparently the first track on the album. Why didn't they choose it?  Vanessa likes it and it was good enough to lead off the album like CBTM was.My delusional mind is still hoping that Vanessa is going to premiere a new song on an adult station in mid to late June that will be sent for radio ads with her video coming out a week or 2 later. Since Miley's song seems to be losing some steam now maybe they will give Vanessa a shot. And considering that Luis has been keeping quiet about any and all Vanessa things lately, part of me still wonders if he even knows whats going on with her album/single now. He even said last time most of his questions were about the album and not the single...maybe they changed it? Hopefully they change it !  I'm just kind of ticked that Hollywood chose to premiere "Sneakernight" on Radio Disney when Vanessa has not been getting most of her press recently in the adult mags like GQ and Glamour. | i'm just gonna have to cop the album on iTunes when it drops && then multiple hard copies i don't think "Sneakernight" is gonna do all too well.. i just hope that doesn't affect HR's decision on whether to release a second single or not.. it's not like it's V's fault they picked (probably) the worst song on the album as the first single only so it could coincide with an Ecko Red endorsement  off to go vote for "Sneakernight" again  __________________ " Vanessa Hudgens . . she's gorgeous, super talented&& the coolest chick you would ever want to meet. | ^It's not looking good now but she hasn't done any press for the song since she premiered it on Radio Disney. I'm going to wait until she starts doing promo for it (if it really is it ), the music video, and the commerical before I start putting bullets in my gun to prepare for my raid at Hollywood Records if they chose the worst song on the album to release as the first single. Her sales should still be high...this might be an instance where a leak actually helps her sales. If people hate the first single but like the album leak then they might still consider buying it. __________________ | |||

| "Sneakernight" is actually #6 on the tracklisting not #5  But yea I'm so afraid for "Sneakernight". If it flops HR WILL NOT give her another single. It would be amazing for them to give her a different single for mainstream radio but I just don't see that happening. Sneakernight's music video being played on disney channel is really the last hope. I think I hoped for a little too much and now were most likely gonna end up with a flop album  | |||

| i'm not gonna give up hope, hopefully if people can look past the first single they'll still give the album a chance (it's doubtful but i'm tryna be optimistic) if the video comes out dope it could help with those that aren't feelin it.. i just hope people don't jump to the conclusion that because of the single it's gonna reflect how her entire album is.. that's the last thing i'd want.. cause i know she's got hotter tracks on this record.. __________________ " Vanessa Hudgens . . she's gorgeous, super talented&& the coolest chick you would ever want to meet. | ^I meant "Sneakernight" is #6 on the 'Identified' tracklisting .. LOL. But the video better have Vanessa doing HOT choreography or it will turn ppl off .. I know it will turn me off. I want high energy dancing! | |||
