we learn in school. plus ive grown up by the sea and spent most of my summers on a boat. it kinda comes with living where i do. you learn to swim at an early age here just cause the sea is sooo close.

I went to lessons when I was 4, but I was so eager that I jumped in early without supervision and nearly drowned. Oops.

I had lessons through school from age 6 I think but I mostly learnt at our lake in Canada

that sucks. they've closed a lot of pools here too, but i think some are reopening. i was lucky and went to a school that had a pool, some have to travel to other schools to have lessons.

I don't think any of the schools in our area have pools....I guess the private ones do but not the regular ones
