It was...although I think things are okay now
So I'm looking at getting back into dancing again while I'm here but I say this all the time and then I go to one class and never go again.....I suck! __________________

This is at my doctors office so you kinda HAVE to go or you have to still pay the fee cause its like a doctors appointment
 If i like it i might join the yoga center in town. we'll see. im nervous though... i havent done anything like this in years and years. __________________

It's usually too easy for me because I'm extra bendy....although the parts where you have it like hold yourself up with just your hands is pretty hard

im flexible some places and others not at all
this is EASY yoga though. with the things you do. its mainly about learning to relax, find the calm inside you and let stress go.__________________

thats the reason im going too,
two hellish weeks at work coming up.... super long days... i do not handle this kind of stuff very well. at least i wont be there alone. __________________
