| sounds like my other niece, sara. My sister tried EVERYTING to get her out of diapers.... bribes, sticker charts... everthing in the book... know what sara said: thats fine mommy, i dont need that doll. my old best friend didnt like panties... she didnt really wear them until she started school.... (at age 7 is when we started) I dont remember how i was..i dont think it was a struggle. i was dry by age 3. weird how kids differ like that. but yours just doesnt want to wear panties... what to do about that,,.... __________________ I think its beautiful when people stay true to who they are. | IDk what you do about it i'm hoping its a phase, and we'll keep pushing it....but she's gonna be her. And we just have to learn how to deal with her. | Kids have lots of phases like that, my nephew had several. I guess you just have to stick it out, hopefully she'll do it eventually. Maybe if she doesnt want to do it now, try again in a few months time  My nephew did really want to come out of diapers so my sister was all 'but see, all of your friends are wearing big boy underwear' and eventually he did. __________________ Everyone smiles in the same language. ~Author Unknown | |||

| well here's the thing..she' been dry for a year..she sleeps without a diaper and wakes up dry. She just refuses to wear panties. like....she swinging breezy under there ya got me? she won't wear anything..so we do standoffs at the house. "we're not leaving unitl you put your panties on" "I DON'T WANT TO" "You have to" "Who says?" | my nephew doesnt sleep with panties on but obviously going out is something different all together have you tried letting her pick her own panties? like going to the store and letting her choose, so she's excited about wearing them? | Maybe, if you dont make a fuss. it'll be better. Like kids do the weirdest things for attention. Sara peed her pants for the loooongest time. And we found that the more of a big deal we made it... the bigger of a problem it was. Then suddenly she stopped. Its hard.... does she wear clothes that she CAN wear without panties? guess it'll pass... totally see your problem though. | Mum's bf was pouring my drink and he goes "tell me when to stop" so I just sat there and said nothing then when I had to get everyone dessert i gave everyone normal dessert and gave him a tiny pink freeze pop  __________________
