Zac leaned toward Vanessa and gently cupped her face with his hands and let out a sigh as his lips grazed hers. Pressing his forehead to hers he said, “you know, we never really did get to talk this morning. I never got a chance to tell you how amazing last night was, how amazing you are.”

“You’re pretty amazing too,” she told him, and pulled him close so that she could kiss him again. As their kiss deepened Vanessa swung her leg over him so that she was sitting in his lap. Playing with the hair at the back of his neck she whispered, “it was pretty hard concentrating on my father’s conversation at lunch. I couldn’t stop thinking about the things we did last night,” With a seductive smile she kissed him again before leaving his mouth to explore the exposed skin of his throat. She could feel his pulse quicken against her lips.

“Are you implying that you want to take me back to bed? Because I know we didn’t get much sleep last night.” Zac’s voice wavered as her lips trailed lower on his chest, opening the buttons as she went. “I’m all for………” he couldn’t finish when she began sucking his sensitive skin into her mouth. He eased her down on the couch and captured her mouth with his, delighting in the warmth of it. When the kiss ended, he gave her a devilish grin, intending to show her exactly what her kisses did to him. He fingered the buttons of her blouse, and then gave her questioning look, “Vanessa, ummm, did your dad notice that you weren’t wearing a bra?”

“She giggled, “I didn’t take my jacket off.”

“Good thing,” he said, reaching under her so that he could carry her back to bed, while his mouth set about imitating what she had done to him. They both froze when a key sounded in the door.

Corbin stood still as the door shut behind him. “Zac, oh…….sorry man,” he mumbled. Two sets of eyes peered at Corbin in the doorway, both expressing horror to be caught like a couple of teenagers. They sat up quickly in a vain attempt to act as if nothing had been happening.

“Hi,” Zac said weakly, “Corbin, this is Vanessa.” She swatted his arm, and then turned to give Corbin a small wave. “So we were just leaving, right Vanessa?” Zac pulled Vanessa off the couch, and grabbed their jackets. “We’ll see you later,” Zac said as they hurried passed Corbin into the corridor.

“Oh my God, Zac! That was completely embarrassing. He probably thinks I’m a complete loser, or worse,” complained Vanessa.

“Don’t worry about it, believe me I’ve caught him doing worse. Let’s get something to eat,” he continued as they left the building. As the pair made their way to the car, neither noticed a lone figure pull back into the shadows, watching them……..
