I'm okay. hurt my wrist today (I have a weak wrist because it has been sprained once because I fell on it pretty bad when I went ice skating when I was 11). I tried to catch a ball in gym, normally I can catch them pretty easily but this girl doesn't get that it's just gym and is so competitive. I couldn't stop the ball and it's hurting like hell.

Shucks bb, you should use a bandage on it while playing sports and exercise. My sister's ankle is like that, she sprained it twice, and it never really healed, it never does, so I can imagine how it must hurt. Come here you. You put something on it or taken any painkillers or something?

thanks. I know, it really sucks that it never really fully healed. I put some ice on it, and now it's just in a bandage for support.
