I had a looong day at work, and then I was out shopping till late, we went for dinner too. Havent been able to post much the last couple of days. Will catch up soon.

Off to bed now, its 4 in the morning. It will be hell tomorrow. Night.

V, shopping went well, thank you. We stayed out a bit longer than expected, yet everyone still managed to avoid getting cranky at the end.
I sure hope your day went alright, with all the activity and late night.

Karen, I'm glad that you're fairly pleased with how the presentation went. At least it's over with! I forgot to ask, was it for work or for school?

I'm meeting my sis tomorrow for lunch, plus I have a few errands to run. Even though I'll have work to finish up in the afternoon, I'm still looking forward to tomorrow.

Btw, it's been right around freezing lately, not too bad at all yet.

Even though we're not yet in the depths of winter, I've been tempted to sleep with socks on lately.

Is that so, Karen? That's interesting - do you have much more studying left? I work for an OB.

Not yet - I'm planning to watch 'Crossfire' after I'm done posting for the day.

Thank god it doesnt get that cold here, ever. I'd like to see snow, but apparently that will only happen when global warming gets reeeally bad, and the world is about to end. SO Im ok with no snow.

We've stopped using the ceiling fan now, no socks out yet though.


Karen - Even I didnt know that.


I had a long day. Im tired. I need to go shopping tomorrow, again. I need new sports shoes. The old ones are of no use now, cant run with them anymore. :/

Snow is nice, but I don't really want any more of it than we already get most winters.

I need to do some stuff around the house today - nothing too strenuous, thankfully, 'cause my energy isn't quite up to par today.
That's probably because I stayed up late to watch SV...I couldn't help myself, I had to watch it.

I've been wearing socks to bed the last couple of nights and it's been so cold during the day I am wearing knee high socks!! Any bets the next football game I go to I'll be wearing leggings under my jeans and 2+ tops.

Oh, you can help me if I get stuck Szilvia! I go out on placement on the 23rd for 4 weeks. Can't wait.

Karen, I wasnt kidding. I heard you talk a lot about uni, and the process, the wait, the essays you had to write, and the subjects you were studying, but I never knew you were studying to be a midwife. Silly me.
