Dear Posters,

It is with a heavy heart that myself and my co-mod Dave have decided to close the 'Battlestar Galactica' board.

The show ended last year and our little band of posters made it possible for the board to carry on because of our love for the show, but me and Dave decided that in the end it's best to go out with a bang, just like the show did. We have just hit 125,000 posts and thought it was the right time to call it a day.

This board has made great strides over this past year and meeting great posters who have made this board a great place to share thoughts and have fun. Me and Dave would like to thank all of our posters who shared our love for the show over the past couple of years or so, thanks for making it a wonderful and happy board.

We like to you all to raise your glasses and share a toast with us, to the great 'Battlestar Galactica' Board, So Say We All..

It's really sad to see the board will be closing but I agree that it's best to go out on your own terms. It was an amazing show but it's always hard to keep discussion going across a whole board when you have no new episodes.

Dave and Tracey - you've done a great job keeping the board so active in recent months :nod:
