So, one of many things that I love about Kara is that she is a very dynamic character and her relationships romantic, familial or otherwise and interactions with other characters are fascinating to watch and interesting to analyze cause she is a proactive character and kind of provokes the story to move along.
 Therefore, I wanted to ask some questions to the Kara fans so as to have some discussion going in the thread. What is your favorite Kara relationship romantic, familial, rivalry or otherwise in BSG? And could you please explain why?   So, I will answer my own question first. Favorite are Kara/Adama, Kara/Helo and Kara/Tigh. Those that I found twisted but nevertheless fascinating to watch and analyze are Kara/Cain, Kara/Leoben, Kara/Zak and Kara/Kacey. Those I am neutral about are Kara/Lee, Kara/Sam. Kara/Admiral Adama is one of the first established relationship on the show as literally we see Starbuck jogging through the halls of Galactica and encounter the Admiral and we hear the famous exchange. KARA Morning, sir! ADAMA Morning Starbuck! Whaddya hear? KARA Nothin' but the rain. ADAMA Then grab your gun and put the cat out. KARA BOOM-cha-gah-la! BOOM-BOOM-BOOM! I love the father/daughter relationship they have and how KARA shows other facets of her personality with Adama.They share a mutual respect for each other and they obviously care about each and even when they quarrel intensely we know that soon enough they will reconcile because simply, they are family. Kara and Helo friendship is one of the staple of the show IMO. Their friendship goes way back when they were at the academy and there is an obviuos ease and level of comfort between them. They are really best buddies. And sometimes, that's what Kara needs the most in her life, someone who will listen, knows her well enough to not judge her and who will offer advice without the romantic complications and entanglements that entail. Just someone who has her best interest at heart and does not demand anything emotional from her. Kara and Tigh are made from the same mould I would say. Interesting how at the beginning they hated each other guts when they are both very similar, both are very loyal to Adama and have gone through a lot at the hands of the cyclons and are very bitter because of it and have some drinking problems etc. But, I adore their relationship and there is a deleted scene that I find kind of endearing in UB that made me love them both and made me want to give them both a huge hug. lol __________________

  Gotta get my thinking cap on to answer Angie's question What is your favorite Kara relationship romantic, familial, rivalry or otherwise in BSG? And could you please explain why? My favourite romantic relationship for Kara is Lee/Kara because of how much they have gone through. She truly shows that she does care for him even if she's not truly sure how she feels. Does she love him which looks like she has fought with the idea or does she love him as a best friend/sole mate kinda of thing. Going to go to Dawson/Joey because its a prime example to what I mean, is Lee like her best friend sole mate like Dawson was to Joey I LOVE the father/daughter relationship between Bill/Kara because like you quoted about the first intercation between them, they were truly family and I loved how they showed that from the start. Then later on in the first season, she had the hardest decision in regards to telling Bill about Zac and you knew that she truly was hurt from it. Then Bill would not give up on looking for her. I also love the birthday card that Kara gave to him which he looked at after her "death" Helo/Kara's friendship is pure love and its just because of how he's always there for her no matter what and they just love to goof off which is awesomePhew Awesome idea to get the thread talking__________________
