Well according to several sources, Jane Espensen has penned the movie and they are trying to get most of the "Cylon" actors to sign on for the movie and also Katee, so one might speculate that the movie could be about the Cylon occupation of Caprica or New Caprica considering Starbuck was on both during those times.

Well with most of the "cylon" cast already locked onto other projects, it's definatly going to be hard to get everyone back.

It can be a blessing and also a very tought thing to deal with...having a big cast of well fleshed out characters. In this case, it maybe a blessing b/c you have a lot of options to choose from. My guess is that they would like to work with the "earth" cylons?

That is the ongoing rumor, that Sci-Fi worked out a deal with Ron for three tele-movies.

Personally, I'd love to see BSG on the big screen. Hey if Serenity can make it, so can BSG.

I didn't hate that movie, but the magic of the tv show aspect was gone for me.

Problem is, that Ron Moore is already moving on to his new Series that NBC bought. It's already getting good reviews based on the script.

I think he has several new projects. Are you talking about 'Virtuality', which will be aired on Fox, or another one?

Well setting it during the first season of the show is certainly interesting, especially given what Mary said about her thoughts on the "final cylon" and how the revelation made her think of the the first season.

Kathy...it's something else I believe. He'll also be involved in Caprica next year, which unless it bombs (and it won't b/c all of us will watch it! ) it'll be made into a sci-fi channel/ NBC show.

I think they have said 2 BSG TV movies will be made, but nothing on a full feature release.

Good news, the lesser of the two actors unions has voted to accept the production companies' agreement. The thought, with the Writers, Directors and non-SAG actors all already signed, the SAG has little room to bargain with, and will accept the agreement. After all of that, it means that our shows won't be delayed by a strike.
