I personally think she looks bad. They obvs prettied her down to match Rumor.

Her hair looks nice, just ... not on her. Maybe it's just because it doesn't look like her style at all, so it looks really weird, and therefore makes HER look weird.

I don't have a problem with her hair, I think the facial expression is what makes her look weird. Plus, she looks a little sleep deprived. She is still way pretty for Rumer Willis.
