I don't watch OTH but from what the scenes I've seen, yeah pretty much everyone but Haley and Brooke are annoying. Cast and characters all included in that. But why the hate for the kid? Is he really annoying?

He is. He's one of those ~precocious kids, that is supposed to be all wise and they all learn from him and all listen to his lameness. And he gets SO much screentime and I HATEEEEEEE him.

Oh hmm. I hate precocious kids on tv...unless they're so adorable you can't help but love them...like every character Dakota Fanning played as a child. But honestly, I hate when they treat little children like fortune cookies on tv shows. As if the adult learns a wise lesson from the teeny tiny kid with no life experience whatsoever. Once in a while is cool but every time? Pls.

Like this time Nathan was second string on his new basketball team. And Jamie calls the coach, and tells him that he should let Nathan play in the next game, and I swear he put him in. URGH.

Well it's cause Jamie said so, and everyone should listen to him.

To bad Nanny!Carrie wasn't able to flee with him. Since he wanted her as a mommy, he can damn well have her.

I rarely like TV kids though. I like Parker on Bones, but that's cause he's only around for Christmas episodes and like sometimes 1 more episode in the season, but yeah. Also I like the evil little children who know the hell they raise.

The twins? OMFG I hated them plus Ruthie, and OK all the kids. The only people I could stand in that show were Mary and Eric, other then that... Yeah. I really had a burning hatred for Ruthie though, she was not cute, AT ALL. I found myself wanting to strangle her 99% of the time. I also think there was something like mentally wrong with the twins. They were 8 by the end of the series? Still talking like they were 2.

And then Mary left and they tried to have stroylines that involved her when she wasn't around. It was jokes, and then I stopped watching because I hate that show.
