Yeah since it was never meant to be the ending. The writers strike happened and they had to end the season abruptly. But it's a random ending to a random, in a sense, season. S3 picks it all up nicely.

Yeah, it was the last episode they wrote/filmed before the strike, and NBC cut them off for the season, instead of letting them write/film more afterwards, like they did with Heroes. The episode before that would have been a much better finale.

I definitely agree. I didn't make sense as an ending and I would have freaked out if we didn't get a S3.

Is it wrong that I didn't care enough about Jason to remember he even had a baby momma during the finale? Or had relations at least with someone in order to potentially have a baby momma? I tuned him out.

His whole cripple act got really boring by s2 to me. It sounds so heartless but it just was. I loved his trip to Mexico just because it brought Tim/Lyla and they had that dance scene I loved so much. Jason was a snore after s1.
