We got a few more inches over night. This is really crazy. It is sad that 15-20 degrees doesn't feel to cold anymore.
I saw Atlanta got hit hard with ice on the roads and everyone got stuck and kids had to sleep at their schools. I was in Florida and the Bahamas a couple of years ago when we had really cold temps and they just can not handle temps below 50 at all. |

All your cold weather is sending the Atlantic storms in our direction again. We're just getting endless rain and flooding.

When I woke up earlier I couldn't even see the road when I looked out the window.

I saw some reports about Atlanta, with people trapped in their cars for hours
That sort of thing happens here when we get bad snow. We don't really have enough resources to cope. As we don't get a great deal of snow on a regular basis, they don't invest much in snowploughs, etc. |

UGH! Sorry, Cal. That stinks. It is 1 degree today, yes 1!!! Crazy! My skins is so dry at this point and I keep switching lotions and nothing is working at this point. Got the highest energy bill I have ever had. This winter is crazy! And we are supposed to get some crazy storm next week and get a couple of feet of snow!! 24-30 inches are being predicted!

I presume that's 1 degree Fahrenheit. Lordy, that must be SO cold!
Our most recent energy bill was a lot lower than last year's equivalent, but it's been way milder than last year so far. The lowest temperature we've had at night has been 28 degrees F as opposed to 10 last year. There's a bit of snow around in the north and the east, but the rest of the country is still being soaked. I hope the weather improves for you guys soon. |

All of the rain from today pretty much got rid of most of the snow.
