The board guide is completely updated.

I added all the new threads and updated all the outdated ones and searched the entire board for threads that were not in the Guide yet. Some are old, so Kali, feel free to delete them if you feel they won't be used. I also moved a few threads to other sections.

Now I'm dizzy.
