| Fan Forum's Finest   | Merry Christmas & Happy New Hugh Year!  'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the forum Not a poster was posting, not even a Lurker; The icons were hung by the usernames with care, In hopes that The posters were nestled all snug in their chairs, While visions of Naked Hugh danced in their heads; Aroa checks the Naughty Girls , and Kali the Sapphire Winkers, The posters had behaved themselves, not one was a stinker When out on the forum there arose such a clatter, We peaked in the threads to see what was the matter. Post after post was looked up and down but nothing out of the ordinary was to be found The picture posts giving off the warm Hugh glow Gave the luster of mid-day to all post below, When, what to our wondering eyes should appear, But a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny reindeer, With a buff hot driver, so lively and quick, I knew in a moment it must be Hugh Laurie. More rapid than eagles his coursers they came, And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name; "Now, Ada! now, Andi! now, Liz and Monica! On, Jenny on ! on, Tracey and Lara! To the top of the post! to the top of the forum Now post away! post away! post away all!" Fingers meet keyboards and started to fly, The drooling and thudding, reached to the sky, So up to the forum-top the posters they flew, With the board full of posts, and Hugh Laurie too. And then, in a twinkling, we heard on the board The oooooohing and awwwwing of each little click. As we pointed our mouse, and started to click, The last Thread was opened, with a loud left click. He was dressed in nothing, just his beard head to foot,  And the posters started to whistle and whoop; A bundle of giggles and laughs could be heard, As we wished really hard for his back to be turned. His eyes -- how they twinkled! his dimples how merry! His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry! His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow, And the beard of his chin was as white as the snow; With eyes closed real tight, Posters wished left and right To be able to see what was hidden below He had stunning blue eyes and big strong arms, he looked so comforting and so very warm. He looked just so perfect, his wonderful form And we blushed when we saw him, it's okay it's the norm; A wink of his eye and a twist of his head, Let us all know he knew the thoughts in our heads; He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work, And filled all our stockings; then turned with a jerk, And laying his finger aside of his nose, And giving a nod, up the forum he rose; He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle, And away they all flew like the down of a thistle. But we heard him exclaim, as he drove out of sight, "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a Good-Night!” Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from your Hugh Laurie Board Mods! __________________ кαℓι There are three sides to every story: Your side, My side, and The Truth! | |||
