that patient talking about them being together was cool but the use of past tense worries me,it might be a clue. Well,they might kill it but no matter how much they try to also make it look dead Hugh/House's chemistry with Jennifer/Cameron is always going to be there,there's always going to be sexual tension even if they suddenly decide to "reveal" they are related or something absurd like that,there's no killing the natural chemistry .
