Ok ummm...I missed like the first 8 mins . I came in where House wakes up in the car with Wilson and he says ..."drugged me" I think he said Cuddy drugged him?


So Cuddy drugged him and got Wilson to take hin to the funural...

House's ringtone for the wannabes is Hanson's 'mmmmbop' song, it was funny.

Wilson keeps House's vicodin and cane away from him. So they are in the car and House says he has to pee..Wilson hands him a water bottle or something...House tosses it and says he'll just pee there...ends up picking yp the floormat and tossing it out the window. Wilson takes him to a reststop so he can go potty but has get House's cane from the trunk of the car. He hands it to House and House uses it to smack Wilson on the hand making Wilson drop the keys in the sewer grate. Wilson goes fishing for his keys and they have this strange back and forth . Wilson gets his keys and off they go.


House sees the cop in front of them and uses his cane to make Wilson speed. The cop arrest Wilson because of a warrent from way back. They are at the station and when the cop finds out that House's dad died he takes a intrest in how the warrent came about to help House get to the funural.

We find out that House and Wilson met at a medical convention. House was annoying people by playing the same song over and over again and Wilson asked him to stop. Wilson ended up getting so mad he threw a bottle at House and broke a mirror that causes a fight to break out and got Wilson arrested. House went and bailed him out of jail they have been friends ever since.

House tells Wilson that his dad isn't his father...that House figured it out when he was 12... Wilson gives a look like he dosen't believe him.

They get there and we see Momma House! And House is so gental with her. She tell House that he is going to speak he says no. Him and Wilson have a back & forth during a prayer...

Blythe called House up to speak and House starts being House...looks at Blythe and changes his mind. House then gets this look on his face and your heart breaks for him he looks like he is crying...he walks up to his dad and kisses him on his forehead and you go awwwwwww......until he pulls out fingernail clippers and clips his dad ear. Wilson knows what he is doing & goes up to House & acts like he is comforting him and tells him to put it back..House says no....

House and Wilson then end up in another room with a different casket and have at it.


THEY ARE BACK!!!!!!!! Wilson gets so mad at House he pickes up another bottle and hurls it thought a window.....cue stunned look on Wilson's face....

They end up at a place to eat and do a differential...you can tell they are enjoying it.

House is back at PPTH with the wannabes and and they cure the POTW....House is at his desk and WIlson comes in...House tells him he is celebrating...he had the results from the piece of the ear he took from his dad....House was right...

Wilson tells House he talked to Cuddy, he's comming back....they go to leave to get something to eat and House says to Wilson in this voice that will break your heat... "My dad died" or "My dad is dead"



The House & Wilson stuff is AMAZING!!!! You can actually see Hugh & RSL enjoying the fight at the funural....


Cameron and Chase are in the ep Cameron is trying to figure out what kinds of flowwer arrangment House would send and Chase says a cookie shaped like a coffin... They appear later and Chase says that House's reaction to his father's death is strange which means he is feeling something. Chase brings up his own father's death...

CHase helps with the POTW and later there is a small scene of Foreman, Chase and Cameron together in the ER...just the 3 of them...It was great to see. We need more of that and less of the other.


I ignored all the Kuntner, Taub and 13 stuff... sorry...

HOUSE FIRES 13!!!!! I know, Iknow...there has to be some sort of catch...I can't be that lucky....plus we get House & Cameron

The POTW case was intresting until it involed the wannabes


The House and Wilson in this was just freaking brilliant. I'm going to have to watch this again. I know I left alot out

edit - Oh House says something about he father not speaking to him for 2 months and when he did have to talk to him he typed it and slipped it under his bedroom door.... unless I missed something and I probably did because dog barking and people talking but I took that to be the reaction that Daddy House had to Greg telling him he wan't his father....thus causing the rift between them.... I could be way off though...Just something to think about.

What a great episode ! I liked every minute of it , every line of dialogue . Even the cop , wasn't he scary with his deep voice !
I also laughed a lot and I was very very touched ! Hugh's acting is unbelievable !

Best episode of the season so far, thought this was a great one

Thought House's Dad dying was a great subject matter and from the outset we knew that House wasn't going to give a toss about the funeral. Typical House showing no concern at all and getting on with the job, bit like in 'Daddy's Boy' but more brutal.

Interesting case I thought, and it brought us a little of Kutner's history which I thought was good. Loved the Wuddy were a team in getting House to the funeral.

I did the H/W journey, I can totally understand when Wilson was coming from, Wilson has sure got a lot of patience, and I did like that Wilson wasn't rising to the challenge, he was going to get him to the funeral come hell or high wate. I love that we were told how they first met.

Other thing I was the ducklings. All of them together dicussing House, and love that Cameron was picking out flowers awww. Goes to show the team do still care for him and also love that they worked together in trying to solve the case, brilliant

Beautiful scene with House and his mum. Always loved Blythe and the eulogy was wow, I thought he was going to let rip and then he didn't and the breakdown, but then getting the DNA sample!, and also Wilson losing it at the funeral home, which I thought he would.

Great ending and a bit of a shocker House finding out that his Dad wasn't his Dad. and H/W are back. Great eppy

Amazing episode, the best so far this season.

The ring tone cracked me up I loved those scenes.

House and Wilson were the best thing about this episode they were hilarious and so very entertaining.
