So I rejoined my weight loss class tonight, since I last attended two and half years ago, I have regained 26lbs  Need to get it back off again and seriously watch what I am eating and get back to the gym again, I haven't been there for nearly 6 weeks! Dani, how is your eating plan coming along? __________________

I'm Also trying to lose weight I Lost 15 lbs But then The Morning find out I regained 5lbs need to know what else to do to lose the 5lbs I Gained.
 Might Try the Drinking no Soda like Miranda has.  __________________

Getting blood test done next week, I almost would rather it revealed something serious than not - I'd rather know and deal with it then keep being told 'rest, drink plenty of fluids'
