It was amazing! I still have to post the majority of my pics, so far behind, haven't gone through them yet. Such a humbling experience. I saw the real simple life, I saw some genuine poverty... so heart breaking, and makes you really appreciate what you have.

I have been bike-riding lately since I got so lazy this winter I hope to see results soon

I used to love bike-riding. Hope to get back into it - maybe this summer (need a bike first! )

I need to get out and exercise, but I literally haven't had the time.

I bought a bike too, but the weather over here at the moment is just awful, dull, damp, foggy not really bike riding weather.

First day of the Easter break today, so I am off out with Carly, friend and her 3 boys. We are 10 pin bowling since the weather is awful.
