I agree these were all things Mike dealt wirh directly and I'm sure he felt the college/career he always dreamed of wasn't even an option anymore so he felt like his choice was already made for him I'm glad he saw his way in the end

This scene really highlighted the fact that it was grown-up Mike talking rather than a "live in the moment" 17 year old And it was so well done by Zac too considering he was only what 21 himself at the time but managed to convey the emotion of a man 20 years older who was on the brink of losing everything he held dear .... brilliant performance

It truly is an amazing scene, one that brings a lump to my throat every time I watch the movie, Zac performance there was truly amazing as you say.

I heard Tom Lennon say the exact same thing, again proving that Zac has never been a lightweight actor and more than capable of delivering powerful and very realistic performances .....

this is something that all we fans acknowledge fairly quickly when we fall under Zac's spell and slowly but surely the rest of the world is starting to catch up

About time
On a separate note do any of you love the first minute or so of the 17A bloopers as much as I do? That giggle of his when he keeps getting tongue tied with the Garth Brooks line and then when TL keeps making him laugh is so infectious to me, I just cant help joining in, perfect remedy for a down day https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-r8LVuN47k |

Are you talking about when it is on in the UK at the weekend or when you were posting the other day?
