And you could tell it too It reminds of the basement of my hospital - creepy!!!! I always think our basement looks like an old mental ward for some reason

It probably looks so creepy because they never keep up mental hospitals like they do other parts of the hospital.

well, they do now days finally, but back then .... and our basement now is just for employee services so they have never really remodeled it

I would agree with that, our mental health hospital is so creepy, I'm glad it's at the other side of town
