I do like Pete/Violet. They're actually the only reason I started watching PrP again. And I'm about to stop because I have my soap, I don't need a prime time one. I don't dislike Cooper/Charlotte. In fact I was on the verge of shipping them after one of the recent eps. I do NOT like the way they did the whole she slept with Archer thing so now she's the only one that has anything to feel guilty about.

That felt organic to me with Charlotte. If she wants something and doesn't get it she acts out, or if she thinks she can get something by acting out then she does that. Can you tell I loathe her character? I don't think Cooper is entirely realistic with the living with Violet thing provided he wants to be with Charlotte but honestly the tizzy throwing has got to stop, it's the way he is - adapt yourself to the fire of get out the kitchen.

See now, that didn't feel like Charlotte to me at all. She gets cold and she closes herself off. She's not the kind who gets rash and acts out like that.
Cooper is being a total ass as far as Char is concerned. Plain and simple. Yes he forgave her for sleeping with Archer, I'll give him that. I know most men wouldn't. But this Violet thing is totally him still having feelings for her and trying to backwardly work himself into a picture he has no part of. Violet is a grown woman. She does not need a babysitter just because she's pregnant, and she cannot hide away and pretend Sheldon and Pete don't figure into the equation at all. Whomever the father turns out to be has as much right to help parent the baby as she does. She doesn't get to decide without even asking them how they felt about it. Cooper obviously does have feelings for Charlotte, but if he's not going to be willing to be with her and give up on Violet then Charlotte deserves better. It's time for Cooper to man up. He's not doing this for Violet; he's doing it for himself and tormenting his girlfriend to live out some fantasy family with Violet - that's not gonna work and be far from the fantasy he's imagined. __________________

I just don't see that. Even when Cooper wasn't living with Violet her treatment of Cooper was cruel. I've always felt she holds everyone to a standard to which she doesn't hold herself. When her father died and Cooper wisely, and kindly I might add refused to marry her when she was doing it out of grief she treated him so shabbily.

You said it - she was grieving. Her father had just died. Her emotions were all over the place! Of course she got mad. It still hurts to be turned out. She came to her senses eventually and realized he was right. Charlotte can be cold, but she's not cruel.
Although, Charlotte's characterization has been very on and off the last couple months. The writers' seem to just bend her to be what they need/want XP __________________

I could totally do without her. It would not surprise me if in the end Cooper/Charlotte prevailed but I'll just turn my head and not try to think of that. On the other hand I wish the Naomi and Sam would get it friggin' together. It's Audra and Taye for goodness sake...it's so Broadway.

I'm just sick of the back and forth on them. Either get them together or let them be for awhile.

Oh, for sure. he's such an ass.
Like, I want them together in the end, but I'll survive if they're not together right this second. I just need them to make a decision on which direction they're going. __________________
