well, many of them. "When they see us" was completely ignored, Lupita wasn't nominated for "Us" in fact the movie wasn't at all, Regina King didn't get anything for "Watchmen". I think Jlo and Awkwafina and Ana de Armas are the only non-white actresses that got a nod but there's nothing in the television categories

I wonder what the SAG noms will be like then! though I think that's mostly for movies?

well, SAG's are also for tv and film and only the actors are nominated there but I'd be surprised if it was much different
