Tom has asked Katie to marry him, and has given her a diamond ring. He proposed while they were visiting Paris, France. How romantic! Batman, the movie, is a big hit for Katie, and I'm sure War of the Worlds will be for Tom. These two are on the top of the world.

at the cartoon. Still love Tom, but there's something def off, I don't think the Katie thing is a stunt but please we don't need to know everything thats going on between the two. I think he should fire his sister and lay low for a while. __________________

I just heard about the guy that squirted Tom's face with water pretending to interview him. Look, I know this whole TomKat thing has been weird but to disrespect someone like that is not cool. It's disrespectful and humiliating. I think Tom is a great guy who always takes the time to shake everyone's hands at premieres or anywhere and also, he takes time to give interviews. He is kind and genuine and to have someone degrade him like that. I think that's so wrong in so many levels!

If an actor's vulnerable public contact moments are abused, that pushes actors in the direction of being more fearful and less available to fans. The obnoxious behavior of Tom's attacker may result in even more barriers being put up between actors and their public.

I saw "War of the Worlds" over the weekend and Tom was great in this movie. He is a great actor.
