It can be difficult and some days are worse than others. But I manage okay. On a lot of meds too and the main side effect from any med is headache and I have chronic headache issues too, so it's just a daily struggle.

I manage a lot better now than ten years ago.

I've had some anxieties too last year... I'm still overcoming some but I am feeling better now... It's a path you have to take with a few bumps...

A bit less stressed now that I have sent two of my clients away for good. I was feeling like I was working too much.

You've said that earlier... Were they upset that they had to go?

yes, a bit. You see there aren't many places that take kids as late hours as I did so one of them can't find a suitable alternative. But I'm not doing that anymore either, it's just not worth the hassle.

I gave them three weeks notice though so I think I was quite fair and now that those weeks are up I can finally breathe!
