The Wives: true fans of Ryan, we've loved him since before The Notebook (well, most of us). We are proud devotees of Ryantology, we are non-recovering Ryanholics. We know all about The Believer and Slaughter House Rule. syn. "the regulars"

The Ryantologists: devoted Ryan fans, but a bit under the wives. We are former Ryanholics (still un-recovered) and new converts to the wonderful world of Ryantology. We aspire to be one of his many wives.

The Ryanholics: Ryan fans. We are mainly The Notebook fans, maybe some us know him from Remember the Titans or MMC. We post every now and then. We are studying to be admitted into Ryantology.

The Notebookers: kinda Ryan fans. We only started liking Ryan or even caring about who he was when The Notebook came out. There is no shame in our game, but we don't know that much about him. We are quickly becoming Ryanholics. Common question: What's The Believer about?

Ryantology: a "Mormon-esque" religion where it is possible for Ryan Gosling to have more than one wife. We pray daily to the powers that be that The Notebook will come out on DVD and that we can all finally see The United States of Leland. We also ask that Ryan pose for some shirtless pictorials.

Goslimpics/Goslympics: competition of the wives to become number one.

The Alliance: formed by Chrissy (AliasUnknown) and Chelle (iluvjesslotz) on 9-14-2004 in which they join forces to beat down the other wives and claim Ryan for themselves.

Sorry, I've been neglecting Ryan for my schoolwork Seriously, even when we're falling out of our chairs of boredom/exhaustion/frustration, they just don't seem to think they're giving us enough work. But I think I was able to accomplish enough of what I have to do...so I'm back
