I'm definitely going to watch The Fosters soon because I'm curious about the show in general, and his character of course.

Very helpful. Would it be confusing for people to start from season 3 or it's possible to pick it up from there?

No problem.

I don't think it will be confusing to just start with season 3. They are good with showing what happened before when something comes up again.

The only thing that I think you need to know is that it is about two moms Stef & Lena (a couple) with three kids. Brandon who is the biological son of Stef. And two adopted twins Jesus and Mariana. Then in season 1 they met Callie and her brother Jude which they also become a part of their family later on.
