I did read somewhere there's more people to be added to the list, so hoping he's one of them, and that really would be tragic for Mary, if JF killed off both of her husbands, I don't think he could be that cruel. and I wanted to see if Henry and Tom's fledgling car business Talbot and Branson Motors turned out to be a success.

I'm hoping that isn't the case, and if the kids were grown up, there's no way the Dowager/Maggie would be in it, she'd be way too old. I'm not sure what characters all those extra actors will be playing though, sounds like there's enough for a whole series.

I guess Matthew is busy with a lot of other projects, but strange that he'll possibly only be there at the end. my enthusiasm for the movie has waned a little.

UGH, this is probably why we're not hearing much otherwise we'd know right from the start that he'll be prominent in the movie. Also, Matthew is busy doing a lot of projects now so I can imagine why he won't be in it much. At least he will be in the movie even if it's just a small role. I will probably be really pissed if he doesn't appear at all.

Thanks Lindsay, I was trying to imagine the scenario where Henry might pop in at the end, maybe he's lost at sea or something, he's rescued of course, and surprises a distraught Mary in a dramatic finish.
Seriously though, I really wanted him to be in the whole movie, and see more of them as a married couple, with their new baby, don't suppose that'll be happening now.

LMAO that's hilarious! I think they'll probably make it seem that Henry is travelling out of the country for the duration of the movie though I would really like a scene between Henry & Tom.

We can still have that but without Henry around. I'd also like to see how George is doing, he's all grown up now as well as Tom's daughter... what's her name again?

I just wondered if Edith's husband Bertie will be in the film too, I couldn't find any info on that, maybe he'll be missing at sea along with Henry.

Oh yeah Bertie. The actor is on The Crown (currently shooting their latest season now) but with a very minor role so if he's confirmed, we'd already know by now. So far all the original cast will be returning and that's fine with me.
