I have a question about the first Legally Blonde.

Um, I just watched it for the second or third time the other night cuz my mother and aunt wanted to watch it.

Anyway, you know when Elle first meets Emmet and she's complaining about that red headed female professor (can't remember her name) and Emmet starts saying something like she made him cry one time, but not in class he waited till he got to his room, or something like that. I was just wondering if she was supposed to have been Emmet's mom or something, cuz otherwise that would mean that Emmet as a college aged guy went to his room and cried when a teacher hurt his feelings. [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] But, I took it the other way. Does anyone know for sure? Is that teacher in the sequel?

No, she wasn't his mom. She was just a tough lady who made a grown man cry [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] The image of poor little, naive Emmett crying is just too cute. Like you want to take care of him or something and make it all better.

[img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] Well, in that case... I rather like that he's honest enough with a perfect stranger to tell them something that most men would be embarrassed if anyone found out. [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img]

And that's what makes him tough yet vulnerable...just like Luke [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]

The Brothers Wilson Become The Brothers Wright



Brothers Luke and Owen Wilson have agreed to make a cameo appearance in the upcoming film AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS, starring Jackie Chan, Steve Coogan and Jim Broadbent. Chan will play Passepartout, a man trying to find a way to make it to China to return a sacred artifact. Inventor Phileas Fogg (Steve Coogan) agrees to take Passepartout, and puts his reputation on the line, saying they can go around the world in 80 days or less. The Wilson Bros. will play Wilbur and Orville Wright, the two men who had the first successful airplane flight in the early 1900s. Other cameos include Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kathy Bates, Johnny Knoxville and Rob Schneider. Frank Coraci is directing.

I think this is the first time (at least as far as I can remember) that they have ever played brothers on screen. Every other time (that I recall) they've just played friends. Heh.
