I don't watch the show much. I really lost interest in the show a year or so before she joined the cast. It's hard to get back into when I haven't seen it in so long. From what I've seen, she has a fair amount of screentime depending on the ep.

New to this thread but a longtime fan of Linda's.

As for ER, I've been watching the past two seasons since she's joined. She's hasn't been getting a whole lot of screentime, but a fair amount considering how big the cast of ER is. If anyone wants to see clips of her on the show, this Sam/Luka fansite has a clip library of their scenes. You have to register to download them and right now, they only have clips from the latest episode up, but just in case you're interested.

Thanks for the info and the link! It's good to know she's getting screentime even if she's a newbie to the cast, and surronded by cast members who have been there longer! Hopefully she'll get more screentime the longer she's on the show.

That's the thing I hate about ER. The newbies get screentime and the oldies get shoved aside. Well not all of them, though.

That's true, it's not fair to the oldies if the newbies get all the screentime. They should try to balance so the newbies get screentime and not push the oldies out.

I agree, but ER is not good at balancing out the storylines.

They were better it in the beginning. It was a great ensemble in the earlier days, but they kept adding new people. Then the old ones would get shoved aside.

Is that why they have had so many people from the show leave? It's to bad they haven't learned to balance it out after all these years.

Nope, I think most of the people who left have done so because they felt they took their characters as far as they could.
