Liam is such a cutie. Both of the Hemsworth twin brothers are. Good thing they do look slightly different and we can tell them apart. I find Liam cuter.

Liam Hemsworth photobombed Jeff Goldblum on the Independence Day Resurgence set | EW.com

The Independence Day Resurgence actor announced his new Facebook presence with authority, posting a photo from the set of the long-awaited sequel. But what started out as a simple posed shot went a bit awry when co-star Liam Hemsworth decided to photobomb Goldblum’s picture.

Goldblum is one of several returning castmates, including Vivica A. Fox and Bill Pullman, for the Independence Day sequel, while Hemsworth plays newcomer Jake Morrison, whose parents were killed during the events of the original film.

This isn’t the first time we’ve gotten a peek behind the Resurgence curtain. Director Roland Emmerich posted a photo of a Moon Tug, while Dean Devlin snapped a photo of himself with Goldblum on set.

Independence Day Resurgence arrives in theaters on June 24, 2016.

This Guy and This Legend. Good battle squad nicknames for the pair, don’tcha think? Because they’re *definitely* going to have to be chummy AF in “IDR” if Earth has any chance against the next influx of alien invaders, who are probably going to be extra invadey in Round Two.

If they’re hoping this new bromance will make up for Will Smith’s Captain Steven Hiller being MIA, well, they’re off to a good start.

In other news, Goldblum’s pic also featured an alternate glimpse at the second major machine we’ve gotten to see from the “Independence Day” sequel set so far — the first, of course, being that super sick Moon Tug thing. And the unnamed jet, which looks to be of human creation, looks even more slick here than the sideview.
