Yep. She's dating Amaury since a year ago, more or less, just like Tracey said.

Yes. Jesse Spencer (Dr. Chase) and her were engaged for about 8 months and dated for 3 years. They broke up 2 years ago.

I just found this. It's not a recent interview but I'm pretty is from early this year. Amaury talks about his relationship with Jennifer:
