I get sometimes when people can see the actor as a character but I felt some people took this to extremes with Emily/Beth. Even seeing Emily as Beth's age. It's kinda weird.

I think Emily is so young looking that it messed with the dummies in the fandom.

Also, Emily is too good and too convincing an actress.

Yeah I think her youthful appearance had something to do with it too but I still found people took it too far. That she definitely is. She's is such an amazing actor.

I mean I still think she might be younger than me sometimes so it would definitely be confusing for those people who can't differentiate between fiction and reality.

Kay - I agree and get that but even after knowing people like to ignore that and still pretend Emily was Beth's age. And with Beth they would always lower her age from what it was. So it was just wtf.

I think it just annoys me me more than normal because we all know why that was done. (It also happens to another fave of mine.)

Oh for sure. There are just people who ignore the truth but I'm just going to say that Emily being so convincing didn't help their simple minds.
