Okay, now that you've watched, I was a little confused with the Lenny thing at the end when she was naked on the table yet also in the room with David? Which one was the real Lenny?

The real Lenny is the one talking to David. She was telling the story of how she became Amy and was replaced by Farouk. That's how I understood that part.
