Yeh, that's from Skins, its too bad that show wont feature in American TV, they had a US version for a brief time. The only way to watch is downloading/ buying the DVDs from Amazon. Is there a cable station for watching British TV?

I wouldn't know. We have a couple of british channels here.. but I haven't seen Skins on either of them.
