Still can't say I'm excited for this one. The reviews make it sound like exactly what I feared. A pretty standard procedural with a good cast and a little Ryan Murphy craziness thrown in to the emergencies. Definitely wouldn't even be considering watching if it weren't for Connie

I don’t know if I would watch it if she wasn’t in it. I must say that the first promo looked appealing to me (with the music ‘rescue me’) because of the remarks and I like Peter Krause. But with CB... Well now it’s a definite go.

I thought they would pair her character with Peter Krause but it looks like she will be with Oliver (bit young for her but nice eye candy. And with her experience in SMILF

)

Ok, I hoped she would be with Peter Krause, because I think they would be cute together, but then I read somewhere that her character Abby, is single for a year now.

The press release for episode 2 says;

I didn't take those to mean anything romantic at all but we have very little information so who knows. I just need them to connect her to the other characters because so far we've seen a lot of her alone talking into a headset

I really enjoyed watching 9-1-1, it was different than I thought it would be (so many short stories in one episode) with a lot of humor. I’m in!
