I couldn't imagine another actor playing Elliot either. Christopher plays Elliot so perfect and hits the nail with every scene.

And what's great is, he still keeps the character fresh. You never really know if he's going to keep it together, walk away, punch someone in the face or what. I like that. It keeps you guessing. You can only do the same thing over and over again so many times. |

Yes! A Chris thread!! I love this man. He is one of the most talented actors in the industry and so ridiculously underrated. I fell in love with him on SVU and then watched all of Oz for him and it was completely worth it (great show BTW too). He's genius at dramatic and comedic roles. I swear, never have I been more intimidated watching someone interrogate a perp and then just die of laughter of his guest appearance on Scrubs. Brilliant! This man deserves a list, an Emmy and so much more!

IMO he is way overdue for an Emmy, hell he is way over due for an Emmy nomination. It really is a shame that his excellent work continues to go unrecognized. For me he is one of the best actors in Hollywood.
