i had lost track of her for years after the awesome remake of The Italian Job, Charlize was great in that, but her recent turns in Mad Max: Fury Road and the totally badass Atomic Blonde, have definitely gotten my attention again!

The Italian Job was amazing yes!!
Mad Max was pretty good too yes, something very different for her IMO but I haven't seen Atomic Blonde yet but it's on my list because James McAvoy is in it too! __________________

if you haven't seen Atomic Blonde, you need to see it. it's a Cold War spy thriller set in 1989/90 East Berlin, just as the Berlin Wall is about to fall, and the KGB is bailing out of East Germany, MI6 and CIA are trying to get as many spies and secrets before everything goes all to hell. it is very chaotic throughout the film, no one is who they appear to be, betrayal and murder everywhere! Charlize is especially tough and badass as the CIA agent undercover, she gives as much punishment as she receives, geez some of the fights are totally brutal, and the ending is a free for all! don't say i didn't warn ya!
