I bought the January issue of Empire today, (a bit late I know, since the March issue is already on sale) but I wanted the special LOTR edtition.
So apart from the whole LOTR bit it had a feature on Paycheck - bonus! It was mostly about John Woo, and retold much of what I already knew about the movie, but it made me wanna see it even more. [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img] It has some photos from the movie, Ben running and one of him standing next to Uma's character, with his hand on some strange looking thing. The only thing that annoyed me was that in one of the sublines, they referred to Ben as Bennifer. Gah! [img]smilies/mad.gif[/img] |

I know, it's getting so old. I hate the fact that he's being seen as just a part of an over exposed couple, rather than Ben Affleck, the actor.
Other celebrity couples manage to keep their own identitys right? |

On the Ben board we used to have a thread for Ben quotes and quotes about Ben, I alwasy enjoyed seeing what others though of him.

Please do check out Yahoo groups there are a lot of them and I help run the most active one out thre. You can post stories and put many comments inbetween, have photos, video and audio files, plus transcripts and chats and a calendar with the latest of when Ben will be on TV
Did anyone get the transcript of Ben's aol chat for Paycheck, I don't have aol but if someone does please e-mail me if you have it. Maryann |

Campaigning for the Ben board was mega fun last time, and so was this thread, but you have to look at it logically.
If it didn't work last time, why would it be any different the next? There was lots of posting when the board first opened, but then after the first big crash once the board had opened, we lost quite a few regular posters. [img]smilies/frown.gif[/img] It was quite slow after that. I can't see how it would be any busier unless we managed to get a whole lot of new posters, ones that don't already post at Fan Forum. I don't recall FF ever bringing back a board they had shut down (not that it means it hasn't happened), but I don't think there's any rules against campaigning for one anyway. [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img] The request board is fun, I'm glad they brought it back. [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] |

I was watching VH1 and they had their 100 hottest hotties.
Ben ranked #82 out of 100. I thought he should've gotten higher, don't you all think? Even my boyfriend said that Ben is hotter than most of the guys they put in higher numbers. I thought that was cute for him to say. [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img] "Paycheck" was awesome! I loved it, I cannot wait until the DVD comes out. Or maybe I will just have to go and see it again in the theaters. [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img] __________________
