yeah, i agree with the constant diet thing in hollywood being a terrible burden on actors, all the false body messages to young people, very sad.
 Audrey's diet/weight issues didn't from hollywood however, she was a literal starving girl in the World War 2 years, her family and people all around her in Holland, were dying of malnutrition/starvation by the german occupation forces. Audrey said in her official biography, that she never recovered from the war years, and her at times thin body, was the result of psychological trauma caused by her experiences and near death in 1945. when US troops found her in a refugee tent in Rotterdam, she was starving and mere days from death. Audrey said the US troops gave her so much food, she got even more sick and had to be hospitalized for several months. she said because of the generosity and care given her by US and Allied Expeditionary Forces troops, she spent many happy tours with the USO and joined UNICEF to help starving children like herself once. such an extraordinary woman. rest in peace, Audrey. __________________
