Amanda Michelle Seyfried was born on December 3, 1985 is an American actress and former child model. She is best known for her role as Sophie Sheridan in the feature film Mamma Mia!, she has also appeared Alpha Dog and Mean Girls, and in the television shows Veronica Mars and Big Love.

She was going to [England] to see friends she made while filming ‘Mamma Mia!’ and Channing was going to a relative’s wedding after the last day of shooting which was Thursday. Great experience and one I’ll never forget!”
